As we come out of Covid-19 isolation and begin to experience the new normal of life, it seems that many of our volunteer systems have reset. We have a great opportunity to re-launch our volunteer teams and improve our ability to work together to see more people come to know Jesus. One thing that can help motivate a great team is to take some time to invest in getting to know each other. A One-Day DISC Personality Workshop can be a great way to maximize 3-4 hours and produce synergistic effects that will benefit the team and your church moving forward. Interested? Dr. Brian Combs has been involved in Kentucky Baptist ministry for 25+ years. He began in college ministry at Northern Kentucky University, directed the state collegiate and young-adult ministry and has, most recently, served in an executive and next generations pastor role on church staff. He understands and is passionate about developing powerful ministry teams that can work together to accomplish their divine task and see more people come to know Jesus. Dr. Combs would enjoy the opportunity of connecting with you to explore what a great experience may look like for you and your team.
