As we journey through 2021, many are weary. We’ve been through a lot. Few understand the weight and stress of this season like our pastors, church staff and their spouses. Do you have a workable strategy for encouraging these faithful leaders in their marriages? We’d like to come alongside you and provide an experience that will not only benefit these great leaders and their spouses, but also provide an opportunity for them to offer a similar experience for those under their leadership as well as with some that their church has yet to connect. We’d like to help you provide an effective, ongoing marriage ministry structure. This structure will benefit churches and individual participants. With all that we have been through over the past year, it’s easy to understand why many of our marriages may not be doing as well as they could be. As your associational director of mission, I want to be sure we are doing all we can to love and lead well those God has given us to shepherd. I’d love for you and your spouse to join me as we take some time to check-in with each other and spend some time proactively prioritizing our marriages so that we can continue to lead and love well those God has positioned us to pastor.
